I never thought I would need to coordinate my underwear fly with my pants fly, but when I go to the bathroom it takes like a thousand hours to undo.
I am looking to get a gaming headset since my Unreal Tournament 2004: Special Edition DVD from Best Buy deal fell through a few months ago. So, I'm looking at the Plantronics DSP-500 and I see that they released a special Counterstrike Edition with different colors. It's also substantially less expensive than the normal one and is listed as an OEM product. It sounds good, but I don't know if I like the bright colors.
Do you think it's too bright?
It's hard for me to tell if it's going to be cool bright or I-didn't-think-you-could-look-like-more-o

It's Fisher-Price-a-riffic!!But seriously, who besides the missus is going to see you in it anyway? Unless you go to LAN parties, I suppose, but then, do you really need to worry about looking like a dork? I'm pretty sure that's what they stamp on your hand when you walk in the door, anyway.
I'd just make sure it fits comfortably enough and sounds nice. Just from wearing headphones at work all day for music, I know an ill fitting pair gets rather annoying after an hour or so.
And the headphones will nicely match your present look, what with your shirt sticking through your buttonfly and the toilet paper stuck to your shoe. Dork. =)

Well, too late now. I already decided to go with the Retail version of the DSP-500. Dork or not, I need a freakin' headset! I already wore out my Sony earbuds I bought in the fall. Plus, I want to be able to use a TeamSpeak or Ventrilo server if I want.June 21 2004, 13:08:02 UTC 7 years ago
